This is a total disgrace! £3, 500 is far too low an amount for the torture that you were put through by that criminal.
He should be in jail now and £50, 000 would be a more reasonable amount of compensation for you for this.

Imagine if you had handcuffed, tortured and kidnapped a police officer, because he did something that you personally didn't like that triggered you. You'd be in prison now.
