FT Injector by FuelTech and MRB Machining

In 2019 FuelTech formed a partnership with MRB Machining with the goal to design and build precision high-performance fuel injectors for racing enthusiasts. MRB Machining is the sister company to a manufacturing group in that serves light- and heavy-duty vehicle manufacturers worldwide.

The two companies designed and developed the FT Injector with extensive testing conducted in the laboratory and on the drag strip using a high-powered Pro Modified racecar. FuelTech and MRB Machining share similar goals in providing innovative solutions with guaranteed quality, thus they invested in high-tech machines and tooling along with specialized personnel in order to develop and manufacturer the FT Injector product line.

The FT Injectors are currently offered in three sizes to fit a variety of applications and are compatible with gasoline, ethanol, methanol, nitromethane, nitropropane, MTBE and ETBE fuels. Additionally, all fuel injectors are tested and calibrated to ensure linearity, repeatability, and accuracy. The internal components and raw materials were selected and tested to ensure the injectors are resistant to corrosion. Currently the FT Injector is offered in 320 lb/hr, 520 lb/hr, and 720 lb/hr configurations and the 720 lb/hr are offered with a standard or special 45-degree tip. All fuel injector ratings are accomplished using 90 psi of base fuel pressure and are compatible with any aftermarket ECU.
