The roster is in worst shape since pre manning. Ballard is failing. He believes lines are key but no good DE for years, believes o line over skill players but left LT and RG an issue last year. It's not JTs fault at all but he's not good enough to carry the team

It is not JT fault the Colts only wins 4 games. It is the fault of the GM and the owner. The owner hired a high school football coach. Ballard didn’t do a job of getting the decent QB and the offensive lines upgrades since Luck retires. He also misses out a lot of second rounds picks during his tenures. JT is the best offensive weapons and we do have a cap space to takes on his salary. Make JT happy… Let’s fill out the home games. JT is. high character person

Im just totally sick and tired of media focusing on JT contract crap. Colts fans are ready to move on with it and focus on the team thats playing and winning games. The JT stuff will work its self out either way. All the sports writers and video bloggers MOVE ON FOR CRYING OUT LOUD.

The reason JT is in this situation is circumstantial. Nobody’s fault. He has an exemplary year followed by an injury year. Backs with lesser overall production are getting paid more than him, but they produced more than him last year. I get that he deserves more than he is contracted to get, but after his 2022 season, he needs to prove he can still produce before he earns top pay. Solution is Colts offer him about double what he is contracted for this year for one year. He accepts the token and suits up and plays best he can. Then, if he plays like the old JT again, he can shoot for the stars next year. Somehow JT decided teams should ignore 2022 and well….That’s not going to happen, so…..

I for one don't mean to toot my own horn, but I didn't like Ballard still being here at the first of the year. He should have kicked rocks along with Frank Reich and his analytic football technicians. Chris Ballard has not put any roster together that's ever went deep in the playoffs. By the time ownership realizes that Chris Ballard isn't that person for the team the damage will already be done. He'll we might even ruin Anthony Richardson's body just like we did to Andrew Luck.

Ballard HAS TO GO Jim, holy hell!!! I am so tired of Ballard & his stubbornness to change & see the errors of his management philosophy despite losing more & more each year since he's been here. He doesn't even realize he had success at 1st because he didn't know anybody enough yet to be buddies so his judgment wasn't as clouded. I LOVE guys like Shaq, Kenny, & Grover but Ballard finding those "diamonds in the ruff" type guys sort of ruined this team cause it inflated his ego & made him feel like he's the smartest GM of all time & we're just too stupid & short sighted to understand his "galaxy-brain" scheme for constructing a SB roster. A LOT of people owe Dan an apology when it comes to Ballard cause he was definitely the 1st to see thru his shit. Grigson also wasn't very good so he's wrong there but I will say Grigson at least had the balls to take chances on problematic players cause he valued talent over being a choir boy

So your saying u don't care about the ppl that work for you? It's not wrong to care about the people that work for you.. It's hard to do both but that comes with the job Kent.. I definitely don't agree..the players are still human beings and you should absolutely care about your best workers that makes you look gd.. Period! Sometimes you just have to show tough love and do your job.. But it can absolutely be done... Every GM and owner and coach always say how much they care about their players because you have to or no one will want to work for you...
