OMG!!! You did Ube flavored Ice Cream, which is a classic favorite by many here in the Philippines. Plus your method for ube ice cream is really an innovation cause the classic ube ice cream calls for real purple yam (to be cooked, mashed and added on custard-based ice cream mix).

Though i'd be really excited if ever you make your own twist for Ube cake (hoping you could use the real purple yam as its classic).

I was literally about to make ice cream but my mum didn’t let me use the food processor or blender! And then I found this and showed it to her.
