You REALLY should have them use the phone for a day and the step back to their 60hz screen. They would notice the difference greatly. 60-120 is nice... 120-60 is agony.

As per MKBHD said, Most people won't recognize the high refresh rate, but if you let them use it for a whole month and go back to 60hz, they will definitely notice it

Apple knows their consumers well, that is why they added this soo late… I cry. Even on their website the 120 feature is far at the bottom for the iPhone pro page… lol. As someone who really cares about 120 it’s very interesting to see other peoples needs

I used to work at a cellphone store and when I was trying to show someone the difference in refresh rate I would show the iPad Pro vs the iPad. Most of the time people seemed impressed, but this video made me realize they may have only noticed the difference because it was a side by side comparison they were told to look for.

I could immediately tell the difference. Been used to 144Hz+ displays for years now, so it was about time Apple stepped up. The difference is night and day! The superb battery life is a very nice bonus. :)

The first time I tried 144hz on my friends set up it was immediately a massive difference, I literally went back home and had to order a new monitor at that point

I already know there's gonna be people using the 13 Pro, then pick up their previous iPhone after a while, then they'll notice the difference and proclaim that "Apple slowed down older iPhones screens!" and will go viral on tiktok or something.

I had the 13 and 13 pro max side by side in a store. The thing about 120Hz refresh rate is, once you see how smooth it is, the 60Hz feels very stuttering. You can't unsee it. But after a while, now that I'm home, my OnePlus 5 feels smooth after a factory reset! It's all relative 😆

High refresh rates are one of those features where it's more noticeable when you don't have it after you are used to it. If they used the new phone for a while and then had to switch back to their old one they would probably notice it a lot more.

I came from an iPhone 11 to a 13 pro and the 120htz is what noticed 1st! Such a huge difference for me. I don’t think I’d be able to go back tbh.

I got the 13 pro yesterday, and I love the smoothness. Also used to 144hz gaming monitors. The one downside is that a few apps, especially Google apps, haven’t been updated to work with the 120hz. So there’s a lot of janky animations still.

After being on the iPhone X since it came out in 2017, I noticed it as soon as I turned to the 13 Pro on. I'm used to 144hz monitor for gaming though and can notice those differences. I think it's more of you don't know what you're missing until you see it type of thing. I wonder if the average user used a 13 Pro for a week and then went back to a 60hz, if they would be able to tell the difference?

I honestly think the biggest thing I got from the new pro motion is just how good apples 60hz displays are. I can definitely tell a difference, but they do such a good job of making the 60hz feel smooth
