In this video we’ll show you what you will find in the box when you buy a Ledger Nano X. Here’s a list of every item you’ll find inside:
- 1 x Ledger Nano X.
- 1 x USB Type-C cable.
- An envelope containing: a “Get Started” leaflet, a “Start your crypto journey securely with Ledger Live” card, a “Use, Care and Regulatory Statement” leaflet.
- 3 x recovery sheets on which you should write the 24 words forming your recovery phrase THAT YOU MUST NEVER SHARE.
- And a keychain.

The recovery sheet must be able to be closed like the Ledger Nano S Plus recovery sheet. if it consists of one sheet like that it becomes too exposed

Are the recovery cards supposed to be yellow now? And is the logo on the white box supposed to be the word ledger or the a symbol of the device with the name on it? Trying to make sure I have the actual authentic device

Is there a seal or some evidence that the ledger I purchased from Ledger is authentic? How do I know that the ledger I received wasn't tampered with prior to delivery?

Need help please...

Bought a Ledger Nano X (finally) and already having issues getting it set-up. I'm not dumb at all, but never been very tech savvy. I understand how everything works and the instructions are very simple and clear, this shouldn't be an issue.... but as with everything in my life, nothing (and I do mean nothing) goes smooth for me.

Here is what I've done so far....
I've unpacked it, turned it on, downloaded Ledger Live on my computer and connected the Ledger to my computer w/ the supplied USB cable.

The last step I completed was I validated the selection for 'set-up new device'. Now I am supposed to be at the step for setting up my PIN. However, when I press both right and left buttons to validate 'set-up new device'... the next screen just toggles between 'battery', 'power off', and 'exit control center'. According to Ledger Live, I should be seeing 'choose PIN this is not an option and I cannot figure out what the problem is....

The battery is fully charged. I've turned it off and started over, but nothing different.

I'm so frustrated....

I've kept my coins on exchanges for almost 2 years now... it's much easier and convenient for me and I never really was worried about it until now w/ everything that has been going on w/ Celsius and Voyager etc. I've been procrastinating about getting a cold storage wallet for a while now, finally did, and of course I can't figure it out.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance!

Have you a guide on how to transfer bttc to the ledger via tronlink or meatmask thats the only one I can't understand how to do.

Hello Ledger,
Excited to be a customer but also a little worried since theres no customer service for questions on very serious questions regarding my crypto assets. 

1) what is the time cadence ledger recommends in which i should check ledger/ledger live for updates? i typically am not a fan of checking my portfolio often but it looks like in this case people have had issues assessing their assets if all software isnt fully up to date

2) is there a limit to how many times you can recover your 24 word seed phrase?

3) what happens if i lose my laptop with my ledger live account installed and or if i lose my ledger nano s plus?
Really wish there was an efficient way to get all my questions answered as i have a bunch for this very sensitive topic so im trying this

I recently purchased a nano X, but there was no security tape on it just the plastic wrapping. Is that how they are shipped?

I'm From India, and today delievery came for ledger and the Post office man was asking for Customs duty of INR 3500. Is this normal? When I placed the order and paid for the Ledger at your site, no customs duty was showing but only taxes was showing which I paid.

@Ledger I was one of the first to order the ledger stax in December of 22. And it is soon to be the middle of May and I still have not even heard an announcement as to what is taking so long? At least put out a statement. You have my 300$ I would at least like a statement...

I suspect Ledger might be grouping all unauthorized transactions together, assuming they stem from shared recovery phrases or phishing scams. However, I've never engaged in such actions or exposed my recovery phrase. I believe Ledger should investigate each transaction separately for distinct anomalies, but they haven't been transparent or taken responsibility for this issue.

Disappointed the newer nano x seems to have been made with cheaper material, I have 2 and the older one feels higher quality and functions better. Newer keeps saying there’s a battery issue, never had an issue at all with the old one. Some feedback for ledger, if newer products are inferior then great to know it may help your bottom line but creates frustrations for ur customers.
