Hello guys, today I'll show you how to make a simple voltmeter/ammeter, so you can easily measure the voltage, current or power consumption of any charger or device, that uses the common 5.5mm connectors.

This is really cool. I made a normal meter long time ago using one of those panel meters. Comes in very handy. I’m thinking of making another one using Li-Ion, first one I made uses 4xAA batteries.

Hi Sorin, why not power the volt/amp meter from the source using a buck converter, so you don't need the battery?

I have made similar just using 9v battery for meter power. And then bnc connectors for input and output. In little plastic syringe tip box..
