D.S.O. agent Leon S. Kennedy is on a mission to rescue Dr. Antonio Taylor from kidnappers, when a mysterious woman thwarts his pursuit. Meanwhile, B.S.A.A. agent Chris Redfield is investigating a zombie outbreak in San Francisco, where the cause of the infection cannot be identified. The only thing the victims have in common is that they all visited Alcatraz Island recently. Following that clue, Chris and his team head to the island, where a new horror awaits them. Directed by Eiichiro Hasumi (Assassination Classroom) from a screenplay by Makoto Fukami (Psycho-Pass). Based on Resident Evil, the hit survival-horror game that sold over 130 million copies worldwide, Death Island is a new CG animated film and sequel to Resident Evil: Vendetta. Sony Pictures Home Entertainment is distributing the film worldwide excluding Japan Summer 2023.

Love these movies ! I wish they would just pump out a bunch of these instead of trying to fine actors to play roles to do this in real life. The CGI is getting so good they can just keep going. - Who else was mad happy when they saw that shadow of the shark in the water !

Yes! Leon and Jill are finally going to meet on screen! I love this especially because every time I mention that I want them to interact at some point, there's always one dude who's weirdly opposed to them ever meeting. Justice!

I love all the CGI Movies that has Leon in them. I think it's time for a new resident evil CGI movie this year this one looks really good. I like how they use Leon's face model from Infinite Darkness and i love him. Hope there's a release date this summer for this film and Jill is Back!

I wonder who will voice Leon in this maybe Matthew Mercer or Nick Apostolides.
