Watch this footage from 4 years ago, when we tried to film Alvi jumping into a cardboard box. Normally this would take him only a few seconds but celebrity cat actors can be very unpredictable.

As soon as everyone leaves the room alvi will jump straight into the box ( a fella has his pride ) you can see how much he loves his people by how affectionate he is to them

wow, ive never seen a cat ignore a box :)) I think it means he feels extremely safe and comfortable, in no need of extra safety. Alvi knew you wanted something, so he meowed back, then gave everyone a hug (in his own way), but he feels perfectly safe out in the open and doesn't need the box.

I got a DVD from Amazon over the Christmas holiday and they sent it in a box. My Henry crammed his big bohonkus in it. Don't know how but he made himself fit. Cats are fluid. 😸
Alvi will fit in that one no problem. But since you are filming him, he won't! 😸😻🧡
