Isnt the 99 rated squad all 99s + one 98 in starting XI and bench? So grinding for the 98s are wasting time.

Nep there is 18 brazilian special cards in packs now making an rtg trying to pack a full brazilian team in correct positions will be fun (or any other nation or even making a past and present man city players squad aswell there are a lot of them in packs )
or you can try packing every type of cards now in packs that would be challenging

Please learn what you actually need to do for challenges like this. For a 99 rated team for the starting 11 and the bench you can only have 1 98 and everyone else has to be 99s

That's just what Division 9 needs, top flight players playing down and making it harder for those casual players to get rewards.
