Yes I support this I live in the Franklin county of Pennsylvania I have senator Doug massarano and I have senator Rob coughlin for the district here in Franklin county and I do support this because on our daily commute in our daily travels on route 30 you'll see coming out of Gettysburg Pennsylvania through Chambersburg to get on 81 massive people that are on their cell phones taxing talking and what gets me is when the light turns green you will set for 20 seconds before anybody starts moving and that is because a person in front is on their cell phone they have no idea that the light has already turned green they have no idea that traffic is started to move with all that distracting them they have no idea that a car just turned in front of them I have seen it many many times here in the Franklin county area and there has been many different wrecks in this area so yes once again I say I support what Josh appear has put in Penn about the cell phone and those that get pulled over by the Pennsylvania State Police well I don't mean to sound harsh but they do deserve whatever fine they officer will give them because you're saving a life it is sad that a wife had to be taken just to get this bill passed but I am happy that this mother did not quit like the women in Virginia back away back on drunk driving they never quit this lady never quit she never quit on her son and I can see that it is a an achievement day for her and for those that will find this bill that's passed a joke well the joke will be on you my friend when the Pennsylvania State Police pull you over for being on your cell phone have a very good day

Main reason I stopped riding motorcycles. Back when I rode in the mid 90's no one had phones like today. Now you've got 17-year-olds, who can't drive as it is, texting or watching videos putting everyone, in cars or on bikes, in danger.
