His rhythm on the bag is flawless and as smooth as it gets.

Those popping noises on the bag are music

Notice how he doesnt obliterate the bag wasting energy. He works technique and combos, power comes later

Mayweather hits a lot harder than most people try giving him credit for.

I find watching this very therapeutic. The sound. The technique. The Posture. It’s art in motion.

Floyd has always had power he just doesnt put everything in2 one shot like most fighters. He hits u with just hard enough and accurate and fast punches to hurt u. He knows it will eventually slow u down

You can hate his attitude but you can't deny that he is one of the most hard working athletes there is

Look at that technique! Idiots on here talking about "where's the power?" clearly don't know what they're watching. It's picture perfect technique on show. Every movement is 100% controlled, balanced and exactly how it should be. It's like watching an amazing dancer with a punch bag for a partner. Fucking amazing and like every genius of his sport/craft he makes it look deceptively easy.

Anyone ever notice how every boxer except for Floyd Mayweather when training on the heavy bag or mits, they always throw a two, three or four punch combination and then stop punching, hop around a bit and reset to prepare for the next few punch combo? Floyd doesn't do that. He simply never stops punching. I think with gaps between combinations, fighters are training themselves to have moments of unreadiness and Floyd, with his level of experience, is able to pick up on those moments and therefore knows most of the time when to strike the opponent. Floyd trains to not have those gaps. That might explain why he lands such a high percentage of his punches. This is just a theory of mine, I could be wrong.

That's so sick, every movement is perfect. Certainly the best of all time, to much respect.

HARDWORK DEDICATION HARDWORK DEDICATION - that felt powerful hearing that whilst watching him tear it up! Amazing

People that say this man can't punch need to stfu... I used to box and can say from experience that when you get hit with punches that "sharp"... It hurts. There's a reason why no fighter ever walked through Floyd's punches to get to him. He may not have devastating power like a Tyson or Foreman... But you'll feel it if he hits you. He hits you hard enough to put you in your place lol
