I had too much help when I purchased my phone, now I can not get my messages or notifications. I can get one or 2 notifications then I erase the rest. I can not find basic instruction for people like me. Are there basic into how to do this ? Thank you

Is there an Alexa app in the applications store? I'd like to pair this for my mom with her Echo device so that she can make and answer calls using her voice (without having to touch the phone). She has this phone and is having difficulty answering calls sometimes.

Purchased this phone but found out that it is not as easy to use as they
make it out to be. I have very very limited eyesight and find trying to
navigate the use of this phone to be EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING with little
to no good information for actually using it, SO SO VERY DISAPPOINTED
WITH IT! Even the sites suggested for tutorials all give glowing reviews
on the features but very little info on actually getting the features
to function! There is very little information on programing the damn
thing. COULD NOT FIND any information for the side button or how to use
it, which was not very helpful ! Had to hunt
through MANY sites to find out how to turn phone on. The " app catalog"
is pretty much useless with NO INFORMATION for getting other apps even
some of those mentioned. There are two manuals, one on the phone which
is totally useless and one included in the box which is about 1.5 inches
vy 2.5 inches and the print is so small that anyone with visual
problems would need A SIGHTED person to read it to them. The phone and
idea is good but for being the best for blind or visually impaired i
WOULD RATE IT 3.5 out of 5 ! Wanted to love this pone but was very
disappointing with documentation/tutorials/ user information .

UPDATE 7-20-22 to last post, Still EXTREMELY disappointed with this phone after about two months! For one, try to find a video that tells you how to turn the phone on or off! Think the round green button will do that WRONG! To use this phone you could use the voice commands right? not so simple first you need to learn what to tell it or you can memorize what all the multitude of numbers for each of the many many choices of functions. Each choice requires you to push the OK button before you can move to the next step. Of course to learn how to do this you need the help of a very very patient SIGHT assistant. THERE ARE NO VIDEOS THAT TELL YOU HOW TO DO MOST OF THE FUNCTIONS (ONLY THE "WOW" ONES) AND EVEN THEN THEY ARE VERY BASIC. THERE IS NO, MADA, NONE, ZIP, USABLE DOCUMENTATION OR INSTRUCTIONS TO BE FOUND AND DON'T LOOK FOR A HELP LINE, CUSTOMER HELP SIT OR WEBSITE FOR ASSISTANCE BECAUSR THERE IS NONE. FOR THE MOST PART BUY THIS AND YOU ARE ON YOUR ON LEAARNING HOW TO USE IT. WASTE OF MONEY DO NOT BUY!

I am disappointed with a lot of bugs (including USBC incompatibility and problem to accept the call when writing E-mail or browsing internet because the same button has also function "OK"), very primitive keyboard above numbers in comparison with Nokia E52 with screen reader Mobile Speak, which had also the text clipboard for copying and pasting pieces of text from SMS or E-mail, BlindShell Classic 2 does not have clipboard function.
Technical support is terrible, the trade policy of the producer do not allow direct E-mail communication between a customer and a real technician or developer with technical knowledges of the phone.
I wanted to help, i have a bachellor diploma from informatics, but the operators kicked me out.
They sold me spoilt phone and they wants, when I am blind, to go to post office, send the phone to the Prague city and to be without a phone for unspicified time, maybe a week, maybe a half of year. :-(
My previous TRUTH comment about lacks with BlindShell was deleted, such that there is hard censorship of the channel owner. 😞
I am Czech and Prague is the capital of my country, but if I was for example Portuguese or American, i cannot imagine the torture with solving hardware problems with BlindShell, when they have only one service place in the Prague. :-(

I am blind, but I have good experience with recording and streaming videos over an amazing free software called OBS studio, 75% accessible for blind people using FREE screen reader NVDA for Windows.
