It's just my personal point of view.
I purchased the nanodegree in front end a week ago, mainly because was offered a huge discount (75% off for 4 months).
I didn't like the program in general, and the feedbacks of the mentors they were not really great. At least in my opinion.
Mentors in treehouse are better, I know because I did also the techdegree.
I stopped the program and asked for a full refund, because for European you have up to 2 weeks time.
I can't imagine doing Udacity courses and paying full price 359 per months.
To me is absolutely not worth it especially for the price.

Yeah, I finished the first project and realized the courses aren't up to date. A lot of the new react courses I've seen don't even teach redux or say it's only necessary for bigger apps. Wish it had projects that were up to date, then it would be 🔥

How could you have the Udacity to not read your comments

Thanks for the video. I'm currently in a marketing role and need to expand to a developer role before I become obsolete. Would you recommend a self taught udacity or bootcamp style education. Or a diploma I cannot afford a full CS degree so I'm thinking multiple nano degrees or a 1 year diploma (Full Stack Developer). Do employers care if you have a diploma or a degree? Or more just what you can do?

Idk if you've been keeping up with Team Treehouse, but would you say that their fullstack JavaScript course is still up to date when it comes to React and other things? Also is it a good idea to do the front end techdegree first? Will they just teach a lot of the same stuff in the Fullstack JavaScript course like basic html and css and even a lot of the same JavaScript stuff?

This seems like a great resource to start learning code.

Round One....How do you go about recording your videos? Do you record and share through YouTube or use another record software?

Hello Grant, What other courses of theirs is outdated? I was planning on taking a bunch but now I'm second guessing it.

Guys you can’t go wrong with acadamind, colt steele, net ninja. If you wanna learn team react 2023 take a look at lee Robinsons videos. HMU if you have any questions.

Udacity is not worth it. Just use Coursera, udemy, and EdX. Better value for your money.
