Cesar is literally one the best characters in game. Guy is such a charming, noble, loyal and charismatic man. In the end, after exile because of CJ, helping CJ find money in Country side, helping setting up his garage business and literally hijacking driving truck on a highway by jumping from motorcycle, he only asks CJ's help ONCE.
