Very interesting,
Now I have a technical question:
It turns out that my portable oscilloscope's battery runs out but I need to continue using it,
Yes, I connect it to the charger ok.

But I need to measure AC and it connects to the same phase and neutral line as the charger.
My question is:
The charger has a ground line.
And the differential probe occupies its 5v that is supplied by the ocilloscope's USB, just as the video does.

The question is:
The differential tips I tried will count on your USB power supply, an isolation,
Or it is better to connect it to another source such as an old mobile wall charger.
And thus avoid damage to the ocilloscope due to a common GND reference.

Thank you.

Works good with 50Hz signal. Would be nice to see how it performs with higher non-sinusoidal frequencies. Wonder if it suitable enought to explore processes on gate of IGBT in half bridge. Yes, 100 mHz bandwidth, but still..

hello micsig, I recently purchased a sto1104c equipment and I am very happy, but I have a question, about the test probes, there is no x10 x1 switch, how can I choose its attenuation? It's automatic? Thank you very much for making such a versatile product.
