As completely expected, Uber and Lyft are not doing jack shit nothing for drivers. Any help we get, will be from the Government.

What a nightmare, I submitted my paperwork as requested, for deactivated, have since been reactivated and have been given the runaround in the interim. Uber support is not capable of any assistance in this matter because they keep referring to these “specialists”, that we have no access to, and how they will forward the info to them. I’ve been told to be patient and to give them 5-7 business days every other day for the past 3 weeks. I’ve even resorted to recently tweeting support and it’s as if we’re having two very different conversations. I keep telling them that I’m not going away.

Hello. My name is Mario.
I like that you try to help and I watch your videos as well as other rideshare youtubers.
I would like with all respect to Express how I feel about your videos.
1- If I were to place a video in YouTube; I would only place "facts" ( I think you can do this and I think you can do that ) like your last video that I watched to many I thinks. We all need money but talking about sick leave all the time it sounds like a bar conversation.
2- I have great news and this is a fact for sharedrivers in California.
The California Mayor was in the news this morning and he advised all self employees like us that we're qualify for unemployment. Under AB5 ( California ) I live in Los Angeles.
Starting Monday EDD will be accepting applications from 8:00 AM till 8:00 PM.
But people like us qualify for ( PUA )
Pandemic Unemployment Assistance.
And they will be taking applications from us starting April 28th.
And we will be getting it in a form of a debit card and is going to be retroactive from the beginning of February. Good, Excellent news.
I'm not rich I need to work and I'm not going to seat around talking everyday about sick leave it's just like kicking a dead dog everyday stop driving and apply for the Pandemic Unemployment Assistance.
Maybe you should do research in your state and when you have the factual information post it.
