Is there anyway to let the mic pick up more sound? I need to put the mic almost against my mouth so my friends can hear me even when i max all the mic volumes... it's really uncomfortable

I have a problem with the bass. If i use them for long enough, the bass will disappear.

After turning the headphones off and on again, the bass comes back.

I've tried fiddling with ANC and EQ settings, but they don't help.

The problem mostly appears when the headphones are below 50% charged.

this headset is not very loud... i have that one setting off for EU, and everything almost 100 and its not as loud as my corsair rbg virtuoso's unfortunate.

These things sound like garbage. Every gunshot is so hollow and everything sounds so.... empty. I get that, for competitive gaming that's ideal, but I want immersion. I want realism. This headset doesn't have it
