After 6 weeks of Treibball Lessons

I have 3 stations in my class:
go out, target, push.

~ 6 weeks of training.

go out - work distance. Used platforms and target matts to start.
target - learning position behind balls. movement target 2 target
push - learn to push multiple times in narrow space.
