In Japan everyone is very polite and discipline when they are going pass the road the car needs to stop when u pass U NEED TO BOW DOWN OR ELSE UR FIRED

They teach these rules: how to correctly cross or danger awareness or stalker awareness etc. at primary school. I'm a foreigner and used to go to primary school in Japan and i was so surprised how well they disipline kids not only to obey traffic rules but also in manner: learning to respect or keeping things clean(but i hated cleaning the school like wtf janitor is for)
