Another before and after video and another incredible transformation. We love putting out products like this that put a huge smile on our buyer's faces. We had a few delays on this one due to some contractor issues but we still finished ahead of the original timeline. House flipping isn't easy but it's definitely rewarding. We have a split foyer. Some hate them. I'll be honest, I actually enjoy the layout. We never feel like we are ontop of one another, because there is so much spread out space.

I had a bathroom completely reconfigured and remodeled and didn't do tile, did a tub and surround just like that in the hall bath and it's so much easier to keep clean over tile. Very happy with it still almost 2 years later.

Hey man, I've followed Rhianna for a while now, which is how I ended up here. I really appreciate her CRNA info. I'm in semester two of CRNA school and I've been interested in real estate and will consider investing in a way similar to what you are doing. I grew up doing construction, so I've thought about flipping houses myself. To answer your pinned question, the only two things I would have wanted to see as a prospective buyer would be the lights in the bedroom with a light switch like you mentioned and I personally would've liked to have seen the garage ceiling finished with sheetrock. Those additions would have made the house feel more like a home than a project. The other things you could overlook and update as you could afford it, but those things really jumped out at me. However, I completely understand it was a decision to save money and there is always a balancing act with investment versus returns. Overall, I think it turned out well. I hope this helps.
