How does Tretinoin (Retin A) work to reduce fine lines and wrinkles and boost collagen

Can Tretinoin, Retin A, actually reduce fine lines and wrinkles? Does it really work? Does it produce more collagen in the skin? And what is the link between Tretinoin (Retin A) and anti-cancer? For the past two years or so, I have been getting SO many compliments on my skin. The one thing I have been using with consistency is Retin A (ingredient name is Tretinoin.) In doing research for this video, I also discovered something that REALLY surprised me about what it can do in terms of cancer. I don't believe in most lotions and potions - most of it is total BS - but Tretinoin (also known by it's brand name Retin A or milder form, retinol) is actually scientifically backed up and proven to work. Look, it won't make you look 20 again, but you can look the best for your age.

I got a prescription but, I didn't ask for it. I needed relief from eczema so wrote a prescription for Tretinoin. I haven't seen any results but it's only been 2 weeks. I read that it take a few months.
