I was born and raised LDS. I began to question many things which led me to the Bible. As I truly started studying the Bible I realized how many verses contradict the Book of Mormon and the fundamental beliefs of the LDS church. I am now a born again believer by the grace of God! These conversations are so important and I pray for my family/ friends who are still in the LDS faith.

My take-home message from this conversation is 'Know the word and study the word of God for yourself'. God bless you, Minister Preston🙏🏼

I think a great seed was planted, and I pray it is watered!

What makes this grueling is knowing they can’t explain the obvious contradictions but are doubling down with love and kindness.

"I Stand all amazed" at your great approach to the missionaries. I was a Mormon for 62 years of my life!
I served a Mission, as Elders Quorum President, counselor to a Bishop, then as a Bishop, Stake High counselor, served as an ordinance worker in the Temple, and many other callings with the young men and scouting as my sons grew to adulthood. My 3 sons have all served missions and are now active LDS and Temple married. My story is too long to tell, just need to say that my experience to the real Jesus Christ was the MOST PAINFUL thing of my life, and the most amazing and fulfilling!!! This video has helped me.
Thank you!! The scales of indoctrination have been removed from my eyes.. I Know the Lord now after many years!

As an ex-Mormon now Evangelical I've got to say this was an amazing conversation, so respectful and yet bold in declaring truth. Really well done.

I was raised Mormon and was even a missionary for 18 months. Listening to these guys is frustrating to me because they have no idea how wrong they are. I know they've been brainwashed and wholeheartedly believe they have the truth just as I did. May the Lord open their eyes. I pray for Mormons every day. Wow, Preston knows what he's talking about. I'm happy they got to listen to the truth.

As a man that lives in Utah I want to thank you for . Doing this in such an eloquent manner . Because this is the first time I’ve seen them start questioning themselves. 🙏

I love that the one elder was honest about the fact that he is still questioning a portion of the Mormon doctrine.

The young Mormon guy who is talking is very smart and mature for his age. I see sincerity and real faith in him and he is still so young. Well done Preston for your kindness.

This is a respectful, prime example of how we don’t have to approach evangelism with “gotcha moments” as the goal when sharing gospel to others who have a different world view.

My neighbor is a practicing Mormon. She is kind, respectful, and very likeable. When I talk about the Triune God, the saving power of Jesus Christ, what awaits those who believe in Him alone, she seems confused and does not respond clearly when I ask her what she is taught. I pray for her peace in Christ.

The way you carried yourself in this conversation exemplifies elegance, grace, and patience and demonstrates the fruits of the Spirit. This encourages me to conduct a similar gathering someday. Thank you, Preston for showing Jesus’s love in midst of the chaos in today’s world ✝️

I've sat with many Mormon missionaries in my home just like this. It's so important to do this with love and the right spirit just as you are. Once, I was used to lead a missionary to the true Christ, he repented and was saved in my living room, and he quit his mission and left the LDS church the next day. That one experience keeps me reaching out to the missionaries! All the glory goes to God. He chose to use me as the vessel, but none of it was me. It is all God!

I was Mormon for 28 years, served a mission, married in the LDS temple and served in the church. My wife and I found Jesus and left the church. After finally finding freedom in Jesus, the old way I used to think seems complicated and hard to justify. Through the LDS doublespeak it takes so long to detangle yourself. Combined with the indoctrination and gaslighting it’s a wild journey… I loved this conversation I wish I had approached it this way with my family who are still in the church. Great conversation!

I was one of these Elders almost 20 years ago, proselytizing for the LDS church for 2 years. I’m so thankful for the true faith God gave me and that my eyes were opened to the TRUE gospel, rather than the false gospel of Mormonism. Thank you for your work with these 4 missionaries.

I just did this with 3 Mormon elders a few days ago. I've maintained a stance of being open minded to keep them engaged and wanting to meet more. My intention is to plant seeds because I recognize that talking someone out of their religion is hardly ever effective for people heavily committed- such as being in the middle of a 'mission'. I'm meeting with them again next week. Hopefully, I can help them come to understand the real Jesus and His sovereignty.

Oh Preston! Where were you when they deceived me into Mormonism, where I stayed for over 15 years? I’ve been a missionary to Mormons now for over 40 years, and I thank God for people like you, who have taken time to learn and SHARE “the faith once delivered unto the saints” (Jude3)
God bless you my beautiful brother, and I pray that He will continue to use you for the Kingdom. It was a pleasure to see you sharing so well and so respectfully with the poor lost Mormons😦😓🙏🏻
