This guy is more comfortable around a huge audience than I am alone at home.

I will never ever, ever refer to this guy as the "don't worry be happy" guy.

He's a musical scientist.

The fact that he can perfectly perform Bach’s first prelude with his voice is incredible.

Not only is he a musical genius he's also extremely charismatic when he speaks!

The way he can enter and exit the falsetto is otherworldly.

there are few things more beautiful in this world than the sound of thousands of voices joined together in song

The look on his face when he makes a cheesy pun about Yiddish is the same look as when he gets an entire room full of strangers to sing Ave Maria. This man knows how to have a good time

I'm a 40 year old white male who loves Alternitive and Metal but, I have to remind myself to breath when I listen to this man!

The Finish group he is talking about is called "Rajaton". They are amazing! I was there when he met them and did an impromptu masterclasses with everyone. It was one of the purest moments of magic in my life. So much talent!!!

I've watched this video so many times over the years and there isn't one time that I haven't shed a tear. It's so beautiful when people get together to do beautiful things.

It is somehow extremely hard to praise this video, for I do not know where to begin ir order to be fair. The artist, with a tonal ear that is beyond description, a vocal system that obeys that tonal ear, a systematic practice ir order to memorize such a difficult piece, etc. The Audience, so precise and in tune, so perceptive, conditions that are extremely rare to find in a human collective other than a trained one, such as a chorus. Objectively seen, this is one of those rare moments of Vollkommenheit, of totality, to say it in Bach´s language, that you may live through the musical experience. Chapeau!

When Bobby came to The Performing Arts Center in Anchorage Alaska (mid 90's? Late 90s?) he asked if anyone knew the words to Ave Maria and a lone woman--a friend of mine--stood up--and did a BANGUP job with this amazing artist. Were YOU THERE with me? Bobby's performance was marked as special by the interruption of his program by a false fire alarm. When was that? Anyway. Just plain magical. Her name was Ann-Marie (something). I've forgotten her name, but I'll never forget her voice--WITH Bobby McFerrin. Awesome.

I just lost my dear friend yesterday and in my search today for some meaningful music I found Bobby McFerrin's "Ave Maria".  What a gift from an extraordinary artist.  Thank you does not describe.

I'm not usually a fan of "crossovers", but Bobby McFerrin is an artistic genius.

Been to one of his concerts years ago and it was more of an experience than a show. The man has a talent, he can find the musical talent in almost anybody and coax it out of them. Truly a great guy and a musical legend.

One of the most beautiful things I've ever heard. Brought me to tears...

I like this concept of artist and crowd interacting. But not like clapping or singing the same lines as the singer but to actively be a part of the piece performed and creating an unique experience. Really amazing!
