Thereby, creating a system where people within that system are afraid to speak truth to power - an inability for Russian Henchmen/Oligarchs to communicate to the Person at the top - openly, about the critical (pernicious) issues facing their country economically, militarily and technologically.

Talking of going to Mars, yesterday I saw a video of a Russian Truck loaded piled high with mortar shells self-driving towards supposedly Ukrainian position to then detonate, but detonated halfway instead. After that I didn't anything of the Truck or mortar shells, just a very large crater. Could be one of the things they'll find on Mars, along with some tank turrets!!
