Ive seen that 10ml bottles only have a very short shelf life, therefore is the a way of extracting just a short amount of the powder to use for a few uses? I have spare empty sterile bottles and saline/bac water.

In Russia the same price is 125$ per vile. I wonder how Allergan explains their policty to sell the same product to different physicians in different countries.... I think their policy is not fare and they are just monet hungry here in the US. The same goes for fillers.
