Bosch Washing Machine Buttons not Working Fix

A tutorial on how to fix a Bosch Washing Machine with a faulty touch panel. Buttons will not be responding to touch or your washing machine might randomly pause mid cycle. This repair applies stop most Bosch Washing Machine models.

Fixed it, thank you. I think that the problem may be caused by pushing the washing machine firmly into place using pressure on the control panel caused the buttons to dislodge.

I have Siemens machine with similar PCB and buttons. My buttons is not not moving. I think the button principle is based on capacity of the finger outside the plastic cover.

I have the same machine but different problem. The display shows all the lights but can’t choose or press anything. What is wrong with it? Is it the operating electrical board or just the program somehow needs a reprogramming?? Hope you can help.

Dear Mr.

Why doesn't the siemens self cleaning condenser iq700 start?
When pushing the start button, all the leds around the start button light up and fall out again when releasing the button. The machine seems to have an interruption to then kIe the program.

I went in assuming that the push button had failed due to heavy use over +/- 9 years of use. Measured on the PCB and saw that push button did not always pass as well.

Now I ordered a new print and rebuilt the display and push buttons on the new print. Now appears to still have the same problem.
I get no error code at startup.

Does anyone have any idea what else can cause machine not to start?
Door contact, brushes or something else?
