When I used to do a lot of night fishing for European Wels catfish I always used a green LED headlamp. Green works so well at night.

I just remembered that once I was using a red strobelight, helping me navigating in a heavy mist through a forest. The strobe made me not to be go blind from the reflexion of light. And red had the longer sight instead of white, witch where my only two options.

Like the edc ones best but I really would like a tail cap button. Over 40 years of law enforcement work, it’s kind of the first thing I do reaching for a flashlight.

I recently just picked up a Noctigon KR1 from Hank with a green w2 emitter for hunting addresses at night for my delivery job and I can see the addresses more clearand focused than a white led! I'm so impressed by this I ordered another Noctigon the dm11 a bigger thrower with the same w2 green emitter, it's almost here, one more day. I chose the w2 green, because it gives you an awesome spill and perfect throw, the look on people's faces when I'm hunting addresses at night with green thrower light is priceless! Once you go color you won't go back...lol I use my kr1 in momentary tactical mode set in turbo combined with the kr1 tail switch awesome set up the green cuts through the night like a laser, I highly recommend it!

Nice review and great light! The colors sold me for sure!

The main reason for using USB-C rather than the magnetic pad here is probably that this flashlight is also a USB powerbank. The small difference in output between the two turbo modes may be because the battery isn't shipped fully charged.

Nice review on an interesting device. For $40-$50, I'd consider something like this for my collection. Bezos now has it for $90; that's a hard pass for a novelty item.

We're about to publish our (written) review of this one. But ours had some issues with the lens/tir optics. There was some kind of liquid/grease between the lens and optics. And it damaged the optic... it was hard to see whether yours had the same issue. We also saw another video with the same problem as ours.

Have you done any reviews of Zebralights?

I checked the technical specs on the Skilhunt website and I was disappointed with the throw as they only rated 6m for red, 10m for green and 3m for blue.

Looks great, thank you for the video. Also what is that light off to the bottom left?

From the looks of their other products... looks like we know who they make their stuff for? or same manufacturer?

That big side button is a no-go for me...the slightest bump in your pocket OR duty bag...

Is this light best option around this size for someone looking for regular flashlight but wants robust red option as well?

Wait, I think I found it. And I found it on the same company's website, I found a headlamp that I think is identical in function and possibly programming, as the handheld big flashlight the 300, it comes in a 300 and a 300 r, I don't know the difference I'm wondering if the r stands for rechargeable, I think it might use a different battery but I'm thinking the charger I'm getting my charge the headlamp batteries too. Can you help me yet again. What's the difference between the 300 and the 300 are? Are the batteries the same as the ec300 handheld flashlight. Is this the top of the line headlamp that would have a programming interface already similar or familiar to them if they learn the handheld light first? You have no idea how happy and excited I am if I can get a headlamp that works like the handheld flashlight but doesn't require to be held by your hand. It can be worn on your head and be just as amazing. Flashlights have come so far, and thanks to you, I think I found the best. Again I can't thank you enough. And I'm sorry that I'm bothering you again but I hope you can just steer me in the right direction I think for the last time and lights will be solved you have given me the gift of light so I can give it to my loved ones for Christmas. I'm holding off till I hear from you, cuz your advice is worth more than you could ever know, which headlamp, the or the 300 are. What does the r mean? And is it the same function and interface as the handheld question mark if so then that's the one. But just in case I'll wait for you. Even though time is ticking, even though winter is coming I'd rather be patient and get this right, then rush and get it wrong. Thank you. I hope you have a fantastic day ahead. Sincerely, Chris

Not to sound ungrateful but you put an extra "l" in Skilhunt. I am concerned that it may cost you views.

I hate the complain especially since you've provided a lot of valuable tips on good products at low prices, but this skill hunt flashlight company in China, selling the ec300 you describe in this video, has created an absolute nightmare and cost me hundreds of dollars. First they send the wrong item, and then they send the wrong batteries with the flashlights. They refund me random amounts like $27 on one order and $12 on another when I ordered five of these flashlights. Of the five I have tried one, and there is no way in heck that this is a 2600 lumen flashlight. This flashlight is not as bright as my Olight warrior Mini 2. Yes, the colors are nice, but good God this has not been worth it. For a refund they want me to ship everything back to an uninterpretable address and only then will they provide a refund. My local UPS store could not even decipher how to enter the address they provided. I think goodness it is early enough that I will be able to buy other items, other flashlights for Christmas presents as this was to be the Christmas present for five nieces and nephews. Please, in the future, make it very clear If an item is being purchased from China and that if you have a problem with it that you'll have to be returning them to china. I would have never ever have ordered these flashlights if I had known that. I don't mind things made in China I mind having to ship items back to China. That's very important, because it is very very difficult, and I expect will never result in a refund. I have 30 emails back and forth most of which make zero sense because English is clearly not their primary language obviously. In this case, again, I am sorry, but you created for me and absolute nightmare, and one that has cost me hundreds of dollars.
