There are a variety of manufacturers that make keyboards that are 100% hotkeys, macros or otherwise completely customizable. Logitech’s G13 for example, which I have, barely use and not once used a single key for ctrl+c or ctrl+v

Easiest key combo period, laymen who type using their index fingers can do it.
