Good Samaritan returns lost dog to family after 22-day search

A Chihuahua mix named Maia went missing last month at the international airport in Atlanta while being transported by Delta Air Lines. "CBS Mornings" lead national correspondent David Begnaud sat down with the Good Samaritan who found Maia 22 days later.

I'm so happy this turned out well for the family and the dog, but does anyone believe Delta ever lifted a finger to find that dog? When someone at the airport actually made a concerted effort to find her, they had her in one day, but as long as it was up to Delta, nothing happened, they wouldn't even vouch for Robin Allgood to be let on the property. Props to FedEx workers for caring even though it wasn't their responsibility at all, but Delta should be ashamed of themselves.

Delta failed everyone. I would still pursue legal action for all the emotional distress and negligence. This lady would be forever my hero. I would always remember to celebrate her birthday. Kudos to those over at Fed-Ex. Chihuahuas are in a league of their own.
