I actually absolutely love that they have kept the feeling of the controller mostly the same. The DualSense is easily my favourite controller to use alongside the 360 controller.

This should be something that's included in future console bundles and beyond, a controller with spare and adjustable parts.
But since this is pretty much a pro-version of the standard dualshock 5, this is a profiteering move by the market to make you pay more and Playstation won't include an upgraded version of the controller with the next consoles.

Nah I feel like the way to put those thumb sticks on will make stick drift more prevalent. 200$ how hard is it to put magnets like every other controller

You don't really plug in the cable to the case on the Xbox elite controller, you plug it into the dock that's not natively attached to the case itself. You can remove the charging dock at any time because it's magnetic but the case itself is not rechargeable whatsoever.

Heard battery life is worse then the original dual sense. Not for $200 ill pass but nice looking controller though.
