so one of my sticks died. it is obviously still under warranty as they did ship till Jann 27th last year. I am trying to contact support for a replacement. there is NO WAY to contact support. the chat gives me a "cannot find page" error. and phone support redirects to a #number that says the call will be $5. so to me this is a dropped ball. they fucked up that controller, and it looks like they are not willing to honor their warranty.

Glad that I got mine too last year and I loved 🥰 it too but I just wish it could’ve of been black though since that’s my favorite color of all time lol 😂 but that’s just me though bro 😎
