m’y regular UI ends October 8th will they give me the federal extension or PEUC or is it the same thing ?

I live in FL. My #1 question is do i have to pay back for my reemployment assistance benefits and now that I have exhausted that if I apply for PEUC benefits and start receiving benefits.. Do i have to pay that back for 2020 taxes? Meaning would I get a tax refund because I worked till Feb. Or will I owe the IRS for applying and receiving these benefits?? Sorry for the wordy question.. Okay I have some problem I apply 13 weeks ago for the unemployment and I still don't have nothing on apply with the paper application and why I go online everyday and he said to me nor the strength nor is he straight no restraint I try too cold leave emails and everything and deadlines for everything is deadline and only couple days a week and is not with the $100 we can do it that they might be able okay I wish you can answer me
