I think a better way of rating these would be to take the first two seeds, determine which is better, then every seed after that, ask if it's better than the current number 1. Just rating them on a scale from 1 to 10 is hard because, as you said, you have to save high ratings for seeds you haven't seen yet. You end up comparing the seeds to your idea of a perfect seed (which might not even exist) rather than the existing competition.

I hate that everytime I see videos like these they do a weird grading system where it makes them not want to score too good early on because it might not be the best to come, why do people punish people in these competitions for coming first? It should be a ranking system where you place your favorite to least favorite map then compare those scores.

We gotta give respect to seed finders. It is extremely hard to find seeds like some of the ones featured on this video. The amount of patience required to do this is immaculate.

the winning seed is even better in 1.19.1: theres a massive cave system in the lake valley that goes down to near bedrock, but even cooler is that it looks like an ancient city was supposed to spawn at the bottom, but it was cut up by the lava lake, so theres just bits and pieces of deep dark there if you want easy access to sensors or wardens for catalysts

that was very entertaining, also, idk why but looking at that lake surronded by mountains litterally gave me chills, thats the kind of heavenly view id love to see in real world

this winning seed now also contains in 1.20.1 an open cave in this mountain on the inside that drops all the way to bedrock and a deep dark seed with a lake of lava in the middle of it at the bottom. the seed keeps getting better every update we get 😂

You missed something really crazy in that first mountain seed: there's a flow of lava that rolls down the mountains and destroys the village. It's basically the Pompeii seed.
