'We're not friends' - Zondo vs Zuma on commission chair's recusal application

Deputy chief justice Raymond Zondo heard an application for his recusal from the state capture commission of inquiry on November 16 2020. Former president Jacob Zuma had brought forward an application to have Zondo recuse himself, citing concerns about personal ties between the two.

if judge Zondo has no hidden agenda why not recuse him self coz what he is doing there is being a chair of the commission which any judge could do ...why refuse Zondo, what are u siting on that might be exposed should you recuse your self or u are simply saying that there are no other competent judge that can listen to the testimonies of the witnesses in SOUTH AFRICA. because it is clear that Zuma is not comfortable in giving his testimonial part to you, but he is not refusing to testify. please Zondo do the honourable thing coz the next thing is that we(black south Africans) will need you to be removed permanently based on the lack of confident on you as a chair of the commission and also as judge.

Mr zondo you make law and there is no one obove the law . Zuma must be arrested like any person . If this man really is above the law, means there is no democracy in south africa . Take action about this corrupt man who destroy our beutifull country .
