An attorney for township is getting all emails turned over to him, or cc to him, and saying it is attorney client privilege. People are asking rtk. So no info is released. And some emails were sent to township and not to him. He is even claiming that is privilege. They signed no paperwork. He has stopped rtk basically. He is even saying twn contracts are now privilege when the township wants to know.

Thank Your for this video. Even as you said this is much more complicated, you certainly touched on key elements. My understanding has been significantly expanded on these two concepts.

This definitely taught me some things. Based on this, it sounds like employees and independent contractors can be compelled to testify against their employers. Can notaries who work with attorneys be compelled to testify?

If one Lawyer shared my divorce, decree and all financials of my business with another attorney, is that breach of confidentialities But everything you explain here sounds like the rules are made for the attorneys to be able to share whatever they want to

What if you are 100% guilty and are talking to your defense lawyer. Should you be 100% truthfull?

Hi i have a question. If, for example, party A wants to make their company take responsibility for harassment or other actions against them. Some of these had statements against their coworkers, party B.

In order to confirm if the statements made by A against B are true, they shared the legal documents shared to the company from A to B without A's permission. Is this legal?

I apologise if this is confusing or difficult to understand

Hello. Can an attorney PRETEND to be a " Potential Attorney" just to obtain your information to help the other party ? Is that legal ?

What about the documents that are produced to the attorney how do you prove your trial how do you prove your evidence you didn’t talk about that they call it client privileged document can we use that to prove our case

So am I correct to assume that it would be a violation of attorney client confidentiality for an attorney to, for example, forward their clients emails to another attorney in order to vent about that client?

I tried to watch this on mute with CC, but I decided to move on. I think you'd get more hits and "ups" if you didn't appear to affect the vocal fry, particularly at the end of your sentences. You likely don't realize it, I'm sure. Sorry, but I thought you sounded like Fran Drescher at times.
