So if you’re rich and powerful, you can stretch this out to who knows when. Take your case up to the Supreme Court, whom you put judges on the bench in your favor. There’s something definitely wrong with our judicial system.

A Grand jury of his peers heard evidence and decided he should be indicted, a jury of 12 were fairly picked by the prosecution and his defence team. That jury found him guilty on all charges. He had a fair trial. And he had the chance to answer questions on the stand in his own defence, he chose not to.

If he is sentenced to prison... he should go there and SIT while it plays through the appeals. That is what happens with other people. If he gets to sit at home while the appeals process unfolds... then why can't EVERYONE that isn't a danger to society?
