[Vietnamese] HTML5 Game: Pacman with CSS3

Vietnamese. No canvas. For canvas tutorial, check "Pacman in maze". In this tutorial, Pacman is created with two toggling half-circles by CSS3 and JavaScript commands. The user controls Pacman running directions with the 4 arrows in the keyboard. Pacman is not on track but run freely and eat the cookies.
