U.S., Allies Consulting on Need for Oil Releases: Deese

National Economic Council Director Brian Deese says the Biden administration will do whatever is needed to mitigate the impact of the sanctions on Russia and adds that the U.S. is actively consulting with allies within the International Energy Agency on whether it is appropriate to release more oil.
