Darryl... when will they be available in the stores.. I checked with my local best buy and camera shop. Neither of them have any idea when they will be out. Rode has not informed any of their authorize dealers. Everyone will completely forget about this by the time they come out. It isn't good to jump the gun too early... We have short memories.

I have the Rode Wireless GO system, and I love it. I've tested it as a simple lav mic with and without an attached lav mic. I've also used it in conjunction with my Rode VideoMic Pro Plus as a boom mic, and have also achieved excellent results. I think it's a total game changer, especially for independent film makers and run and gun shooting.

Does it work especially with the Samsung S10+ mobile? If yes, what cable will be need?

CAN YOU TEST SOMETHING PLEASE. plug an audio source (mixing board or PC headphone out) in the 3.5 input to see if it works.


it would be great for filming an event and taking the sound from the audio system of the room.

The specs put 7 hours operating time, but I have a suspicion it's measuring the longer of the 2 components (transmitter / receiver) rather than the shorter one. Maybe you can help test which one runs flat first, and whether it's about 7 hours or an hour or 2 less. Thanks!

I am only in stills. But would like to learn more about video. Is that one box a receiver and the other box a remote wireless microphone?

the proprietary GoPro adaptor is bigger than the RodeWirelessGO... So this triples the size of the Hero
