I'd really like to see more of these 'hands-on' videos. Especially for topics like these, where I just don't have the resources to lab it myself. But also for other topics. It just provides an even deeper understanding of the capabilities and gotchas.

I'm getting my hands on some server equipment and was looking at what to do with it. Was thinking azure arc, and some windows core servers managed by admin center.

Excellent video. I mistakenly have been watching a video on a 21H1 release, which is completely different to the 23H2 version I installed. Having never done this before then there are huge differences throughout the whole process, and in fact the majority of the setup I did through Windows Admin Centre. I just got to the bit to join it to the Azure ARC, and that's where I have tripped up, as its a completely different process now. I am a complete noob to Azure, coming from a vmware background (used solely vmware for a good 20 years now), but I am starting to realise I am fairly out of my depth with Azure and Azure Stack HCI :(

Currently fighting this deployment. I've been joining the devices to the domain because the documentation shows a screenshot of the device joined. Will retry with devices in a workgroup and see how it goes.

Is there a link to the commands that you used for this setup? I have been working through the M$ documentation and have not met with much success. Also, I have 4 production HCI clusters that are being used for Hyper-V, but I need to configure them to support the execution of Azure workloads as that was not done when the clusters were initially stood up. In my attempts, I have destroyed the cluster (in the home lab, not the actual production clusters) . Would you be able to point me to resources that would document how to move through such an adventure?
