RECIPE INGREDIENTS:

650 g of different fresh butters of good quality at room temperature
300 g of almonds (roasted, unsalted, ground)
40 g of powdered sugar
45 g of fine semolina
1/2 small glass of cognac
1/2 small glass of pure alcohol
2-3 tbsp of ouzo for sprinkling
1 egg at room temperature
2 vanilla pods
1 tbsp of baking powder
a very little cloves (watch the video)
850 g of all-purpose flour, sifted (you may not get all of it)
500 g of powdered sugar for the end

ΥΛΙΚΑ ΣΥΝΤΑΓΗΣ:

650 γρ διαφορα βουτυρα φρεσκα καλης ποιοτητας σε θερμοκραισα δωματιου
300 γρ αμυγδαλα (ψημενα,αναλατα,αλεσμενα)
40 γρ ζαχαρη αχνη
45 γρ σιμιγδαλι ψιλο
1/2 μικρο ποτηρακι κονιακ
1/2 μικρο ποτηρακι οινοπνευμα καθαρο
2-3 κ.σ ουζο για ραντισμα
1 αυγο σε θερμοκρασια δωματιου
2 βανιλιες
1 κ.σ μπεικιν παουντερ
πολυ λιγο γαρυφαλλο(βλεπε βιντεο)
850 γρ περίπου αλευρι για ολες τις χρησεις κοσκινισμενο (μπορει να το μην το παρει όλο)
500 γρ ζαχαρη αχνη για το τέλος
