This is a clip from my live, in-person Silver Swans class.

The first is called Masterpiece Basics and it contains four exercises which focus on developing ballet fundamentals. The video features:

"Love Actually" demi-pliés, "Poldark" fondus, "Outlander" sways, "Downton Abbey" petit jetés.

The second video in this series is called Masterpiece Dances, which contains four exercises which incorporate those fundamentals into fun, short dances.
