There would really as far as i'm aware of be only 3 possible canidates for this 3rd super soldier.
1. Winter Soldier (Least likely because at this time he should still be working with Steve)
2. Red Skull (he's Hydra's Leader and yes he is a super soldier)
3. Isaiah Bradley ( a super soldier who did get captured by hydra)
But considering Steve said they are loose it's most likely red skull. As Isaiah would either be working with Steve or captured in a cell by Hydra. And as for Bucky well he'd either be working with Steve or depending on the timeline be in a cell at hydra. So Red Skull is the most likely canidate.

Well, my thinking is that line of Steve saying that there are three super soldiers in France, Paris, might reference or might mean that there’s either a Hydra agent that has super soldier powers or maybe Captain Britain?

This is more of a John Walker cap than a Steve Rogers. I find it interesting how he’s the one hunting down Black panther and it’s not vice versa like would have been thought. I also find it very interesting how instead of referring to the classic line “I can do this all day” Cap says “I don’t have time for this” It will be very interesting to see this version of captain americas character development throughout the story.

Wish they did the triangular shield and then at somepoint in the game it switches to the circular shield and you could choose which shield you want to use and I hope there are different unlockabe outfits for Captain America and the other characters in the game.

Regarding the mysterious third super-soldier, that could be fighting for HYDRA, could it be Red Skull, aka Johann Schmidt, the leader of HYDRA?

This could be a big game! I just worry about the excitement for the game as fans are losing interest in superhero games due to the meh quality… I’m for one extremely excited!! Also the fact that this is single player and not online based that adds some refreshment to the gameplay! And overall genre!
