I don't understand how boomers can say that listening to music today is so much worse than how it was before. Like, I'm here on my sofa in Italy and I'm able to listen to music from thousands of kilometres away with a single click on a screen. People from 40 years ago wouldn't even know that there was such a thing as Armenian jazz and here i am able to enjoy music from all over the world. 2025 is amazing and this music is incredible. I'm from Azerbaijan 🇦🇿. This Armenian 🇦🇲 jazz is beautiful.❤ It reminded me of many versions of jazz made by our composers. What a piece of heaven... Reminded me of some Hermeto Paschoal's late works. I'm from northeastern Brasil, and our traditional music resembles these armenian rythms a lot, specially xote, arrasta-pé and baião. Highly recommend listening to the works of Egberto Gismonti, Mestrinho, Nikolas Krassik, Hamilton de Holanda and, as said, Hermeto Paschoal. All the love from Brazil 🇧🇷♥️🇦🇲

I worked with an armenian lady in a factory in 1976. She was very nice, walked with a slight limp, she was short and shy. She invited me to her apartment above a small shop in milwaukee. I forgot what we had for dinner. I appreciated her kindness.
