I think the reason why some people don't like it is because the "destroy a whole country" feat that he fights against is that he held a magical sword to every person in the clover country.

Comparing the Villains both characters have defeated was one of the feats I pay attention to the most in all Death Battles.
Asta beating Lucifero is the equivalent of Killing Satan himself.
How many characters can say "I've Killed The Devil"
