Selling my housetruck/tiny house (Q-Ute)

Показать описание
Ahhh gosh the day has come… I am selling the Q-ute.
Making the decision to move back to Norway and have that as my main base means that, after three years of it being my home, its best that the Q-ute will now be loved by someone else. It is 8sqm of fully self-contained Tiny House on the back of a 2.4L diesel 1989 Toyota Hilux (with a column shift). It drives like a dream with just a slight wobble given its height (I have however added extra springs making it a little bit less wobbly than what it should be). Sometimes you need to drive like a responsible grandma, but that means you slow down and enjoy life while it slowly passes by.
Come get a mechanical check or test drive it before your bids and ask any questions you may have 😀
Warrant of fitness expires end of april
Given its unique design, the fact that it’s both a house and a truck in good repair, and. It comes with all amenities I think it is worth 20k. I’m open to negotiation but please be respectful with your bids - and remember it’s being sold in a tender so will go to the highest bidder ;)
All bids in by 15th of March.
The Ute:
Rego: SN7720
Work done on the Q-ute (1989 Toyota Hilux) in the last two years:
- Full service
- Replace time belt/cambelt
- Seal rocker cover gasket
- Radiator flush and pressure tested
- Full engine and transmission flush
- Rear trailing arm bushes
- Front brakes full service and new rotors and pads
- Front right steering arm ball joints
- Left front ball joint
- Left front wheel bearing
- Rear brake shoes
- Desh cluster repair
- Diff service
- Primary diesel pump replacement
- Airconditioning belt replaced
- Front wheels replaced
It's done about 230 000 km and overall is in good nick. Only a couple of things need attention in near future: the shock absorbers are a bit soft and the rear tires are worn.
The House:
It's self contained til September 2020
It has 7 units still on the road user charges, this is equivalent to around $500,-
You can remove the house from the ute if something were to happen.
Back wall turns into a deck. The deck has been reinforced with a steel plate behind the ply making it strong enough for a few people to sit on.
There has been a leak in the roof. I have addressed it but it may need more attention in future (as with any house it needs some love occasionally 😉 ).
