I bought both a Pixel 4 and a Pixel 4XL second hand about 6 months ago (thanks Trump!) I used to be an iPhone die hard and used a Xs Max before the Pixel. I actually prefer the smaller 4. The aesthetic is beautiful, the screen is gorgeous and the 90hz makes the UI so fluid. The one-handed use, the IR Face Unlock, the muted design, the squeeze for Assistant, the camera - all of it together made me love it.

Regarding the battery life - turn off Motion Sense, you don’t need it. Keep Adaptive Battery on. Turn on sunset to sunrise auto dark mode. Turn off location history tracking. Gets me through the day and if not just keep the 18w charger on hand it’s not a big deal, I have no battery anxiety at with this phone.

I picked one of these up on Christmas for $300, and I love it. I came from a iphone 6s with a VERY degraded battery

This is not even a review video, you're just ranting about Google's bad decision on Pixel 4.

Personally, the biggest reason for me to buy a Pixel phone right now is for the free Google Photos, and I'm really tempted to get these.

The Pixel 4 is amazing until it comes to battery life

I saw some upgraded pixel 4 battery at 3500mah, will it do any good to the battery life?

I bought a used pixel 3 last year for about 200 and a year later it's battery completely died so I just bought the pixel 4 for like 200. I hope it's good.

Bought it a month ago, and I think it's a solid phone. I used to have a Google Pixel 2 but after that phone stopped working (battery issues) I started looking at OnePlus phones. I first tried the OnePlus Nord but the camera on that phone couldn't compare to the Pixel 2. I need to have a camera that can capture photos of my kids when they're playing, but the OnePlus Nord couldn't even capture a photo of one of my children eating at the dinner table. So I sent the Nord back and tried the OnePlus 8T, but it was the same problems with the camera, capturing oil-paint-looking photos. So in the end I bought the Google Pixel 4 which takes really good photos both indoors and outdoors. I don't have any need for an ultrawide sensor, since the main sensor captures exactly what I need and want. Also, I tried GCam on the OnePlus phones but the camera app was inconsistent, although better than the OnePlus stock camera app.

love the pixel line but of all the phones to put a small battery in they gotta do it to this one 🤦🏾‍♂️ lol

I love mine despite the outdated design in the bezel. Haptics are brilliant and camera is still really nice, but I'm starting to really feel that small battery, especially when I've got it paired with my smartwatch or want to listen to music on the train during my hour and a half long commute. Usually it's nearly dead by 5 in the afternoon, even with very little usage during the day. Surprisingly the 855 chip inside is comparable in performance to the 765G on some midrangers like the LG Velvet and if it wasn't for the camera, I'd take the downgrade just for battery life.

I don't care for ultra wide, don't know what all the hype is all about lol
Still rocking the pixel 4, yeah battery could be better, but the software is amazing!!!

I'm gonna always prefer telephoto. I'm in much more situations where I can step backwards then walk forward.

I bought this for 200 in Amazon makes no sense how cheap it is. The only issues i see is small battery and no finger print sensor

I got it a day before the 4a was coming out.. they had removed all 4 phones from every single tmobile store i went to. I barely got mine. But in reality i wanted the pixel 3 :( but i got this phone for 300 pretty okay

Just picked up a used pixel 4 on swappa and I must say I have absolutely no complaints (except the way it unlocks sometimes by itself when I barely pick it up to move it)

This was Google’s last proper flagship.
