MANGALORE PINDE (RICE BALL) in 30 MINUTES.
2 cup matta rice
1 cup boiled matta rice
1/2 cup coconut
Salt as per taste

Method:
- grind matta rice coarsely.
-wash thoroughly
-soak in water for 15 minutes
-grind boiled matta rice(make fine paste)
-on the flame and mix both together.
- add salt
- remove from flame
-add coconut -
- mix all together and make ball shaped rice ball.
