Victor - great videos! In the first half of the "The Power" segment - the up-down-sideways motion, you do it with no arms (hands on back). But you never do it both directions WITH arms swinging. I'm struggling with leg-arm coordination. I've done these as the modified wooders version, with the recovery leg coming forward and up under your abs, but this version feels strange keeping the recovery leg back. How do you do it both ways with swinging arms?!

Hi, I liked your video. congratulations for your work. speed skates can do 45 km per hour. using this same technique, with an Alta boot skate with 110 mm wheels. How fast can I get?

Viktor, thank you for taking the time to make these videos. I’m a hockey player and have been doing many of your dryland skating exercises, many from your skaters bible video.
One question, after doing most of the evercises, trying my best to maintain the 90deg upper/lower leg bend, I found I get alot of tension in my neck (traps); any tips on this? I try to stay relaxed; I’m assuming this is the nature of holding these angles and I’m still pretty new to dryland skating exercises. Thanks again.
